SELF SABOTAGE AND THE HUMAN AURA

Life is predictable. It is up and down. Happy and sad. Rewarding and disappointing. Loving and loss. Aspirations, dreams and regrets. Beliefs and disillusionment. Is it any wonder, that at some time during a lifetime, everyone has a self-sabotage experience. Patterns located around the knees, aurically defined as fear. The specific colour definition, is determined by the depth of issues and how each resonates, psychologically and emotionally. The healing process is devoid of time limits. It can be messy and prolonged. Especially, when emotional triggers pop up at the least expected moment.

CAUSING A SHADOWY CLOAK

Words wield emotional power within oneself. Dark moments occur when you face yourself, with self-criticism. Repeatedly, blaming and beating yourself up.

Negative self-talk within the aura, creates an energy draining, shadowy cloak, which can prove to be socially disruptive with a reluctance to take advice. Thus isolating one’s self. Family and friends are unclear how best to support you.

Here are common emotional triggers that may cause aura cloaks to form.

  • Not being loved, trusted, believed or supported.

  • Colour mix is Dusty pink and pale yellow.

  • Comparing yourself to others in a negative way.

  • Repeatedly asking why me? Why do I have to suffer?

  • Low self-esteem.

LESSONS OF THE SOUL - Being Human

  • Life is about learning. You are not suppose to know it all. Instead, figure it out in the course of time.

  • The toughest battles are experienced by the strongest of souls.

  • Life experience is shared with others.

STEPS TO TAKE

  • Take forward steps with grace and kindness

  • Don’t let fear and disappointment hold you back from the ‘new’ you.

  • Keep moving forward, one step at a time.

  • Celebrate the people who cared about you. And celebrate how you care for them.

  • Be aware of the need for balance of life, home and work.

  • Accept and process criticism constructively, but not its poisonous venom.

  • Recognise everyone on the human journey, as equals.

  • Laugh more - make the time to listen and to watch comedians and movie comedies.

To lighten the emotional load, start a personal growth journal.

  • Front page: Write down the name of people who care about you. i.e. family/friends.

  • Second page: List your basic skills in the work place and at home.

  • Third page: List your favourite food, music, movies, books and magazines.

  • Fourth page: Describe what makes you feel happy and worthwhile.

  • Fifth page: Reflect on difficult issues, you have overcome throughout your life.

  • Following pages: daily life - random thinking; feelings/mood swings, conversations, visuals and things that have happened.

LIFE IS ABOUT BEING SELF ACCOUNTABLE.
