  1. Just before sun rise sit quietly and breathe deeply and slowly, to absorb the energy of the first light of the day.

  2. Sit in the moonlight, allowing its light to wash over you.

  3. Walk on grass, barefooted.

  4. Breathe in the perfume of scented flowers and herbs.

  5. Cuddle and stroke a cat or a dog.

Exercises to Enhance Universal Connection While You Sleep

  1. Place a carrier oil such as almond in oil burred. Add two drops of pure lavender oil. Place the oil burner in your bedroom and burn overnight whilst you sleep.

  2. Place one drop of lavender oil on the left and right temples of the forehead. Rub the oil into the skin. Be sure to keep the oil away from your eyes.
