POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER IN THE HUMAN AURA

The human aura shows that Post Traumatic Stress Disorder stems from any difficult, adverse experience causing negative lingering feelings that limit a person in any way and its severity can be seen in the aura of war veterans, refugees, rape and assault victims. An aura also shows a type of accumulative layer of post traumatic stress disorder. Multiple levels of trauma which have repeatedly built up over many years. e.g. child abuse, deprivation, long term rejection, repeated failure, broken relationships, death of a loved one, long term illness, crippling injuries etc., which frequently taunts the wellbeing of an individual and challenges their ability to recover. Unlike yesteryears, today in the modern world there are life-coaches, therapists, counselors, research studies, drugs and natural therapies and mindful practices such as meditation. The human journey throughout the ages has constantly encountered stressful periods. In every aura I have viewed, adrenaline spikes protrude the outer layer of the Etheric Aura. Spears emanate from a fear-based “fight or flight” response which floods the body with adrenaline, to temporarily provide enhanced strength and instinctive reflexes to deal with the posing threat. Once the fear has passed there may be after shocks. I have also witnessed the way in which some of the spears may be nestled within the shadows of poor health. Brain tissue may become saturated by the acidic corrosive nature of adrenaline and cortisol, released from deep-seated anger, fear, hopelessness and frustration. Few and narrow adrenaline spears can result in a steady recovery. However, thick and numerous spears lead to a very slow and/or superficial recovery. Adrenaline spears in the aura pose a health risk. Responding to any stressful encounter with inner wisdom, creates a fluctuation of spears - here one minute, and then gone within minutes. When you react to stress with emotional outbursts, the adrenaline spears can pierce deeply and lodge within your aura.

PAST LIFE LESSONS

Adrenaline spears are bottle green in colour, denoting a past life connection. Ancient and recent history is littered with violence and cruelty, persecution, deprivation, loss, homelessness, injury and starvation. Less than 100 years ago women and children had no rights. Home ownership was rare. Workers had no rights. Unwed mothers were shun by their own family and by society. Only the wealthy had access to a doctor. Anyone of us at times may be burdened with adrenaline spikes from the past, present and future. Therefore post traumatic stress disorder is not just associated with war veterans, refugees, prisoners or severe accidents and sexual and physical assault victims. Daily exposure to modern life, gives rise to fight or flight situations. e.g.terminal diagnosis, cyber security and climate disasters. Colours that are parallel to the adrenaline spears, portray the past life lesson to ensure its healing. In the healing of post traumatic stress disorder, the past life lesson heals automatically.

COLOURS OF REACTION AND RESPONSE

The human aura shows the resilience and the weakness of how we humans emotionally react or intelligently respond to the rigours of life. * Emotional reaction produces pale grey energy which registers in the aura as a victim of circumstance. Childhood or life traumas can be drawn into the post traumatic stress disorder. Creating a long term dependency on professional counselling and therapy. * Responsive Intelligence produces small patches of maroon and dark brown, creating selfempowerment and an ability to use the strength of conviction to better deal with the trauma. Drawing on a combination of life experience, logic and commonsense as self-help, coupled with professional counselling.
