THOUGHT AND THE HUMAN AURA
Thoughts are just a thought - they are not real. They have no reality until you make them into one. Thoughts have the capacity to harness your emotions, causing you to think about them over and over again. You may be puzzled as to why you are thinking such thoughts or even attempting to figure out their source. Repetitive thoughts, create patterns which may form a habit and turn into behaviour. Fortunately, they can be released. You can change your thoughts, as often and as easily as you change your clothes. It is imperative that we each become aware of our thoughts so that we can maintain a balance of self-awareness and self-acceptance, because your aura portrays your thoughts and beliefs to anyone you meet, i.e.the “first impression.” Thoughts and beliefs reflected within your aura, will cause a response in people. Either to embrace and welcome you, or to be a little shy, unsure or cautious.
Colourful thoughts and wonderings, swirl around in the aura at the top, and the base of the head. Colours alter, only when the thought becomes a belief and moves down in alignment with the shoulders. Detailing it, as either a positive or negative belief lodged in your psyche. Thoughts and self-talk have a major impact on the human aura. As does, what the eyes witness, and what the mind processes. To keep an aura healthy and engaged with your higher self, a regular routine of thought-checks can help.
QUESTION UNWANTED THOUGHTS
From where does the thought stem?
What is its source?
Why has it lodged in my thinking?
Am I at risk of believing it?
What value is it to me?
Does it have a positive purpose?
Is the thought/belief represent who I am?
Do I need to change it and why?
Daily Exercise: when you awake each morning and before you go to sleep each night, think of the thought/belief and blow it away.
HOW TO ALLOW YOUR AURA TO NATURALLY REVITALISE
Human evolution is currently bombarded with endless information. Marketing strategies and social media are designed to mirror the human mind, to engage our attention and influence our emotional and intellectual thinking. In the past twenty five years the human aura has progressively become emotionally challenged. And the challenges are escalating.
Your mind needs to be rested for periods throughout the day and during sleep. Put all electronic devises and mobile phones out of reach and out of sight. Let your aura breathe.
Sit in the sun or the moonlight 20min -30min walk. Allow you mind to think and wander.
Go for a long walk with or without the dog. Let your mind meander through your thoughts.
Go for a bicycle ride. Take a hike. Take a swim in the ocean. Do some gardening.
Reduce personal access to Television and social media and news bulletins.
Create a ‘no electronics’ Sunday or a ‘no electronics’ morning or afternoon.
NEGATIVE RELATIONSHIPS
Negative impacts are a part of the human experience. Whether is through disappoints, deceit, insults, death of a loved one or a fractured relationships. The human aura barcode clearly indicates that we humans, must learn to understand and work with fellow human beings. Because of this, in the 1980’s my husband and I did several different relationship building courses to help each of us cope with negative work environments and when dealing with the general public. Our favourite, was the Silva Mind control course, because it also addressed the creative mind. Self-alignment requires that each of us must learn in any situation, to respond consciously and not to react emotionally. If you don’t already have these skills, I suggest you go in search of helpful, books and courses. We also Graphology, the study of handwriting.
WHAT YOUR EYES SEE - YOUR MIND THINKS
What ever your eyes see and watch, will impact your aura. Exposure to constant arguments, deceit, fear, stalking, rage, trauma, suspense, violence, murder, torture, rape, persecution, humiliation and shame, can dull and stifle an aura. Whether its life experience , a News bulletin or a Movie, the impact is the same. An aura has great difficulty, in processing traumatic thoughts in a balanced and progressive way. Resulting in an emotional and spiritual challenge. If you are seeking self-alignment and self-enlightenment, be aware of the information you feed your mind. Remember, you eyes take pictures that feed your mind.
