AURA SELF-ALIGNMENT IS EASY but it takes time to fully master.
Think of a fruit tree. During the winter months it looks bear. However, beneath the surface of the earth, life is preparing to burst forward when the time is right. In spring buds form on the tree. In late spring the bud opens into a flower which is then pollinated by nature. Slowly , during the warmer months, fruit grows and ripens. Ready to harvest and enjoy. DAILY ROUTINE and AURA SELF-ALIGNMENT
You need to create “stillness” for two, three, five, ten or thirty minutes. That does not mean sitting still or being silent. Whilst mediation is a valuable tool for self-development, there are easier ways to access aura alignment through your daily routine when the brain is occupied. Stillness occurs when the frontal lobe of the chatty brain is engaged. Any activity that you do by rote, can gain momentary access to self-alignment. Prior to or during the activity, you simply ask yourself to “align the self”. Do this several times a day, every day. This simple self-instruction can gain access to the wonders of the human aura. Example - Before turning the key in the ignition of the car, say to yourself, “align the self”. Start the car and drive off. Your frontal lobe brain is engaged with driving to your destination. Creating space for the life-line connection to engage. It’s easy. Within twelve weeks, the colours of beetroot, maroon and claret may flow into you aura and giving you a sense of self-empowerment.
Stillness-movement activities naturally occur during your daily routine. You can use any of the following activities to aura self-alignment.
Showering or soaking in a tub or whilst having a sauna or whilst having a massage.
Walking, Hiking, Cycling, skiing, rowing, hang gliding, fishing, driving a car or a boat,
Running, dancing, singing, listening to music, or slicing the breeze whilst sitting on a swing in a park or hot air ballooning.
Painting, journalling, writing, composing music.
Have fun selecting your personal aura-alignment activity. I usually align my aura whilst showering or hanging out the washing. For many years my husband aligned his aura whilst driving the car from home to work and back. I have taught this easy method, internationally.
