QUIETING THE MIND in THE HUMAN AURA

When we reflect on history, we can see why, now, is the best time to be born or to be alive. In comparison, there is less crime, less wars and numerous human advancements in human rights, and in medicine and science. In past times, the world witnessed the Great Plague. The Spanish flu that wiped out one million people. The devastation of two World Wars and the Great Depression with is homelessness, hunger and jobless society. However, despite the advancement of the modern world, panic and fear can be commonly seen in the human aura. Especially amongst young people who bemoan their future.

WONDER WHY PEOPLE ARE ANXIOUS?

Researchers tells us, that the average modern person, consumes 74 gigabytes per day. Technology needs software updates, and to be reset and recharged. The human mind, never gets a break, and is in constant overload. The human aura, sadly reflects this dulling of the senses. It alarming for someone like me, who can see and read the human aura, to be witness to the demise of human ingenuity, commonsense and creativity.

People are feeling unsafe because news and events are being thrust at them. Violence, disasters and crime that is happening anywhere and everywhere, is now in their psyche. The human aura is showing signs of a build up of fear, resentment, and bewilderment. Once upon a time people only consumed the news in their region and/or their country.

Researchers, share shocking facts - the modern person, in just one day, absorbs more tragedy, than someone, twenty five years ago, experienced in their entire lifetime.

Humans have taken years to evolve. Each generation advancing at a steady pace, leaving few behind. Researchers are coming to believe that the biology of humankind has not advanced significantly enough to cope with the pace of what it is currently being subject too. The mind is being overloaded. Bombarded with information that our mind, exhaustively tries to fathom.

THE LOPSIDED AURA

If you have ever felt weighed down by life, your aura is likely to be lopsided.

A combination of heavy stressful colours such as dark green, pale yellow, sepia, mushroom and charcoal grey are overpowering one’s self and causing an imbalance. Over the last ten years, a lopsided aura has become more common than not. I once associated it with the auras of corporate executives and small business owners. Nowadays, every second or third person has a lopsided or partially lopsided aura. Being, time-poor affects the human aura.

QUIETING THE MIND

We live in a busy world and modern society does not always leave a lot of room for deep introspection. If we want to live a happy and balanced life, we have to work to understand the inner workings of our own hearts and minds. The process of quieting and distracting the mind from solving problems or sorting out stress factors, encourages, the healing of a lopsided aura and helps to relieve an overloaded mind.

All of the following meditative activities will help to generate new energy into the human aura.

  • Meditative Activities using your hands, such as painting, drawing, sewing, knitting, building, and gardening, allows your mind to coordinate the project and reap the reward on its completion.

  • Meditative Activities using the body, such as sport or exercise, where the mind is engaged in co-ordinating the body to swim or hit the golf ball or tennis ball.

  • Meditative Activities with loved ones and friends, fishing, camping, bbq, picnics and hikes. Interacting your aura with community, the sun, the sea, the grass and the trees.

  • Meditative Activities using your mind, is to read a book of fiction, whilst seated outdoors; or engage in mindful meditation, under the shade of tree. Or walk barefooted along a seashore, squeezing the sand with your toes, and recalling happy childhood memories.

  • Meditative Activities by reducing technology usage. To help quiet the mind, each day, create periods of 30-60 minutes of no technology. Go for a walk, but don’t take you phone.

  • What works for me? I escape everyday into my vegetable garden for an hour or two. Outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine. Watering. mulching, fertilising, harvesting and tasting. My phone stays in the house. If I have to monitor my time schedule, I wear a normal watch!

MY PERSONAL CONCERN AS A FELLOW HUMAN BEING

More and more human auras are displaying signs of an inability to cope with the challenges of life. According to statistics, depression and teenage suicides are on the rise, as are fractured relationships. Could it be that one day, in the not too distant future, the bombardment of information, will no longer be seen as “cool, or vital or interesting or vital.” Instead it may be identified, as contributing to social and individual human health issues. Just like the human aura reflects.

Technology is a very helpful tool. But like all tools, it should not be continuously attached to the body. Recently, I spoke at seminar for medical practitioners. All were proud of eating organic food and to blend their own vegetable and fruit juices. Despite focusing on their own on physical health, 80 % of the attendees, had a lopsided aura.

I was so concerned that I decided to write this post, to make readers aware of the concerns that I have as a fellow human being.
