LIVING THE RICHNESS OF LIFE and THE HUMAN AURA

Thousands of auras have crossed my path. From self-made millionaires, famous authors, celebrities, sporting heroes, entertainers, politicians, soldiers, refugees as well as the general public. I have seen the richness of life in both the wealthy and the poor; the talented and the battler. The aura reflects, true richness of life, as an attitude, that permeates throughout the physical and astral layers. What did they have in common? Choosing to trust their joy. Finding rewards in their work, in their family and their lifestyle. Ribbons of apricot, coral-pink, lavender-grey and white wash describe, an unfolding journey of self-awareness and self acceptance and of the world around them.

SCARCITY SCARS in The Aura

Scarcity scars in the human aura are very common. And are depicted by several, very small two-tone pockets of orange-brown and pale grey. Reflecting inherent beliefs. Family upbringing and social influence can form scarcity scars which impact the psyche and restrict personal progress and contentment.

Examples of Scarcity Scars

  • Money just runs through my fingers

  • I am in need of retail therapy

  • I don’t earn enough money to budget

  • Wealthy people don’t know what its like to be broke

  • Don’t deserve it

  • Just my bad luck

  • Never amount to anything

  • Always the last one to know

  • Its always my fault

  • No one listens to me

  • I think I will bomb out

A shift in attitude is developed gradually. It doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from reading biographies and autobiographies and exposure to documentaries with a focus on ‘rags to riches’. You can lift your spirit, by feeding the mind with insights on the way in which others have tackled life and are a better person for it. Replacing negative statement with positive statements is very helpful in creating change.

AMBITION and The Aura

Ambition is a good motivational energy. It’s healthy. We humans are built to follow our dreams and to conquer the mountain. The pages of history is filled with the vision and achievements of humankind. But if ambition is fuelled purely for self-recognition and applause, its energy is thwarted.

Helpful steps to activate and help stimulate Ambition

  • Avoid being too busy - find time for focus on yourself

  • Avoid the negative impact of toxic people - don’t be held back.

  • Avoid defining your net worth as income. Find richness in relationships and work.

  • Don’t plug into the popular reality - aim for individuality.

  • Don’t be a resentment collector - learn to forgive and move on.

  • Don’t postpone change - all it takes, is one step at a time. o

  • The creative mind loves isolation - go for a nature walk. Upon waking each morning write five thoughts in a daily journal. Once a week read through your thoughts.

  • Each day, read 5 to 10 pages of a book that will facilitate ambition - how to think and work smarter not harder, how to look on the bright side of life. Remember, reading fires up the brain.

FINDING JOY IN YOUR LIFE

When you are able to find joy in the simple things of life, the aura responds, generating the colours of self-governance, fawn and carmine. These can be seen around the torso. A feeling of self worth will wash over you.

True Story: Veronica, a single mum with three teenage children, looked at life, as one big struggle. She felt that debt followed her every move. Barely enough money to cover the cost of living. And what made matters worse, it robbed her of time spent with her children. A second job was not an option. I suggested to Veronica that she write down a list of all her life skills so that I could help her see, how she could gain time with her children and generate more income. Veronica and her children started a small business in their local area.

“At home Pet Care”. Taking dogs for a walk and feeding animals while their owners were on holidays or in hospital or recovering from surgery. It proved to be a flexible income venture. It allowed clients to set their own schedule. Together, with her children, they worked as a team and set financial goals. They no longer lived an insular life. Their pet care service took them out into the community. It brought them self-respect, skills appreciation, and financial support. In addition, new friendships were formed. By thinking outside the box, Veronica’s reality, shifted from struggle and resentment, to self-governance with evolving rewards. The aura around her torso reflected her progress.

When I was a very young child, I often heard my grandmother say “every cloud has a silver lining”. She had lived through The Great Depression and two World Wars. And was widowed at age fifty five. My grandmother taught me to find joy in the simple things in life. She didn’t have much, but what she had, she shared with anyone who crossed her path. Her personal stories of life during the Great Depression are etched on my mind.

HUMAN LIFE IS SHORT - MAKE EACH MOMENT COUNT - FIND YOUR JOY
