DREAMS AND THE HUMAN AURA
I was about thirteen years old when I first became aware of how dreams are filtered in the human aura. Every morning, seated at the breakfast table, I would see the dreaming energy, working its way through the aura of my parents, and also my brothers. Curiosity encouraged me to ask my mother, if everyone in the family, on waking in the morning, could stay seated on their bed, so that I could analyse their dream capture. My brothers protested, however my mother was insistent . It only took three consecutive mornings for my young self to understand the behaviour of dreams in the human aura.
Both the spiritual and the science community have been puzzled by dreams for many years. One third of a human’s life, is potentially spent dreaming. The human aura captures the colourful highlights of a dream in the vital layer of the aura. Then processes the dream, either slowly or quickly, into the physical layer of the aura, where it will contribute daily reality.
From my interpretation of auric energy,
dreams may be understood in several ways.
DREAMING IS OUR SHEPHERD
Dreaming allows us to sort and sift the necessary from the unnecessary. Its a portal to seIf awareness. It helps us to cope with the human experience. Reflecting, our thoughts, our aspirations, as well as positive and negative feelings.
YOU ARE NOT A PASSENGER IN YOUR DREAM LIFE
In the dream state your imagination process is liberated. Thoughts, emotions and activities of the day are transport by the conscious mind into the subconscious mind for processing and storage. Dreaming is safe place to experience anything and everything.
THE DREAMING BRAIN IS A WILD STORY TELLER
Dreams are not limitless. At times they don’t make sense because the dreaming brain is symbolic, not practical. Logic does not get in the way of the vivid dream, it keeps you adaptive for the challenges of life to come. Desires can act like solar flares. Heightened emotions in a dream invites you to take a good look at yourself. It can offer a clue, to how you are coping with life. It’s your dream. Therefore it’s personal! You will need to Interpret the dream in accordance with your own life.
YOU ARE CREATING THE DREAMSCAPE
Exposure to books, conversations, activities, social media and television influence your dreamscape. Which means that each day we are all locked into imaging rehearsals for the subconscious mind. Creating the basis for a short or feature length dream movie. Humans are storytellers. And through our stories, we try to make meaning of our life. Positive affirmations can help to calm, influence outcomes and to enlighten dreams.
THE INSIGHTFUL DREAM
The dreaming mind, can inform the waking mind and visa versa during the twenty four process of the brain. Creative thinking can influence dreams. There is a history of songwriters, other artists and inventors, who have seen and heard their inspiration in their dreams. When my husband and I studied the Silva Mind Control course, we learnt to work with the subconscious mind. To ask a question of which we sought the answer . Individually, for the past thirty five years, we have solved many issues, as well as gained intuitive insight. Example - We needed to replace our old truck. I placed the thought in my mind. Ten days passed. Early one morning I awoke with this thought , “Truck - on facebook market place.” Yes, we bought it, and at the right price.
RE-SCRIPTING YOUR DREAMS
Imaging rehearsing, has been scientifically proven to progressively steer dreams towards a tangible result. Entrepreneurs, Athletes and spiritual teachers are known to practice this technique.
Journaling: Before going to bed, write down your positive, plan, thoughts and feelings. Read it slowly, three times. Keep the journal beside your bed, so that you can record any dream memories or if you simply tossed and turned all night. It takes time to change thinking and our behaviour.
Creating a Dream Bank: Using a large, one page for one day, diary, record your sleep patterns, thoughts on awakening from sleep and the dimensional thinking of subconscious self.
Affirmations: Repeating positive affirmations throughout the day impacts the subconscious mind and your dreams. In my book, Awakening The Miracle Of You, contains affirmations to cover most of life’s situations. Self-image, spiritual development, Suicide, Divorce, Death of a Loved One, Job Loss, Miscarriage etc etc.
In the book, I sought to provide every life issue with a self-healing, positive affirmation. I wanted the book to sit on a shelf in the home, in readiness to heal all life’s challenges.
THE FINAL DREAM
At death, when the heart has squeezed its last surge of blood, the brain goes into overdrive and creates an electrical dance of dreams to comfort the deceased which fills the aura with amazing colours as the soul prepares to pass over.
