UNRESOLVED ANGER AND THE HUMAN AURA

Most people have charcoal grey pockets of anger, floating like small clouds in their aura. Mostly caused by frustration and impatience. They come and go on a weekly basis and have little or no effect. However, if anger is left unresolved, the charcoal grey clouds will suffocate the overall energy of your aura. Causing you to want to runaway or find some personal space to avoid falling apart.

UNRESOLVED ANGER AND RAGE

A combination of rustic red, pale grey and charcoal grey energy, form spears in the aura, which cause you to verbally lash out without thinking of the consequences. Over time, it can lead to a breakdown in relationships. Unresolved anger reacts. It does not respond thoughtfully. In fear of reprisal, family and friends are too nervous to approach you. When this happens, it’s time to seek help and to find a remedy that works for you. Meditate, or have counselling for anger management. Consult a homoeopath or naturopath or get a medical check up.

My Story: My husband has always been a supportive, even tempered man. But he changed several years ago. Suddenly he was angry. Kicking and breaking things. Lashing out at everyone who crossed his path. A medical check up, discovered an illness was dangerously depleting his body of vitamin B. Thus, producing anger and rage, as well as putting his life at risk. After several months of Vitamin B12 injections, my husband returned to being the man I know and love.

UNRESOLVED ANGER AND FINANCIAL STRESS

A straw-yellow and pale grey plait of aura energy, can be seen threaded around the hands and legs. It creates a feeling of going nowhere in life. Taking one step forward and three steps backward. Going nowhere fast. Whether poor decision-making is the cause, or if you have been swindled, the impact on the aura is the same. The colours in your aura are generated by “material loss”. You need to sort out your financial affairs. If you can’t do it on your own, ask your family or friends to help. If your financial situation is more serious, seek professional help either through a ‘free’ service or a paid consultant.

UNRESOLVED ANGER AND HEALTH

Being diagnosed with a chronic disease is an emotional challenge. The aura reflects this by a woven mixture of viridian and pale blue energy which can make you feel numb, worried, and very sensitive. These feelings need to be settled quickly. If left unresolved, dusty pink will join the aura colour mix and plunge you into a period of self-denial e.g. “why me? It isn’t fair” This can lead to depression.

If you have unresolved anger due an injury that is likely to heal, emerald green aura energy will expand, to lighten the colour mixture, giving you a sense of recovery.

Diet: Unresolved anger due to a specific or drastic change in diet, can be seen in the auras of chronically sick people with diabetes, kidney and heart issues, high blood pressure, cancer, irritable bowel etc. Whilst they understand the benefits of the diet, they know they may have to give up their favourite food. The combination of pale grey, orange-red, and dark green show the intense stress. When foods and recipes are explored, and made into delicious meals, emerald green and pale blue aura energy will open a path of understanding, acceptance and self-healing.

Health is a journey of self-awareness.

FALLING TO SLEEP WITH UNRESOLVED ANGER

Avoid it all costs. It impacts your physical and psychological health and disrupts your breathing and sleep patterns. If you are unable to rid yourself of the anger, then before you retire to bed, turn to happy music and positive songs to lighten your mood. Watch a comedy movie to distract you and help to reduce your anger. If you fall to sleep with unresolved anger, charcoal grey, pale grey, dusty pink and russet red, may lose their energy fluidity and turn solid, into a block. Impacting in a way that is difficult to shift.

Divorce: Divorced couples who argue over property or custody of their children and are unable to reach agreement, run the risk of cementing a negative impact on their aura. Pale yellow and dark green energy, constantly moving around in the aura causing instability.

Pain and Loss: If you fall asleep with unresolved anger, because of the pain you are suffering, or due to the loss of a loved one, your sleep and breathing patterns will be disrupted but, with no long term impact on the aura. This is because other energy colours come into play. Your pain will have a strong dose of emerald green and carmine red, helping you to cope. Loss of a loved one is cloaked in lemon yellow, coral pink, sepia and fawn, helping you to move through the trauma to acceptance and new understanding.

THE GRUDGE - UNRESOLVED ANGER

Holding a grudge, impacts the human aura with colour patterns of unhealthy mistrust. The combined colours of pale yellow and dusty pink define ‘emotional immaturity’ which can lead to a judgemental attitude and an aggressive tone of voice.

Story: Tom, an elderly man, was quick to form a detrimental opinion of people, just by looking at them. This judgemental behaviour, stemmed from a forty five year old grudge he had with his family. A perfect example of unresolved anger.

In that time, he had not attended extended family functions, nor had he spoken to his siblings for forty five years. His bitterness was visible in his aura. When Tom’s wife died suddenly, he found himself all alone. Tom heard an interview of me on the radio, and made an appointment to see me. He didn’t know if he believe in the human aura but thought that there was no harm in consulting me.

He was feeling depressed, lonely and isolated in his home. I outlined his self-inflicted crisis and suggested that the only way to heal it, was to set up a meeting with his brothers and sister. For three months he did nothing. Instead, he spent that period or time, thinking of what he would say to them. One morning at 7am, his phone rang. It was his sister, aged 85yrs. She told him of her cancer diagnosis and how it has caused her to review her life choices and relationships. She reached out to him because she did not want to die with unresolved anger. Three weeks following the her call, his sister died. Tom attended her funeral and made contact with his brothers. They invited him to sell his home and to move into the retirement village in which they lived.

Tom consulted me, to ask if it was a good idea. I looked at his aura and saw the loving colours of pink and apricot. I suggested that he pack up and return to his family as soon as possible.

Tom sent me a Christmas card with a note expressing his happiness with the family reunion. Unresolved anger, had at last been laid to rest.
