The Many Hues of Fear and Anxiety in the Human Aura

How the Human Aura works with fear and anxiety in different ways.

THE STUDENT

When a student is starting a new school or facing an exam, the levels of fear and anxiety in their aura, appear as interwoven pockets of dark green, viridian, pale yellow and carmine red colours due to the the challenge, and the unknown long term outcome. Colours are seen in the head and shoulder zone. If the fear and anxiety lingers on for several weeks, the pockets of colours will move to under the arms and impact the student’s self-esteem.

THE PARENT

Modern parents carry mixed colour particles of pale blue and raw-sienna in their aura. Causing them to be anxious and fearful for their child or of the way in which they are rearing the child. How things have changed ! Thirty to forty years ago, colour particles were only seen in the auras of single parents, adoptive parents and grandparents who had the sole responsibility of rearing their grandchildren.

In the case of the disruptive child, a parent’s anxiety will produce vermilion and orange-yellow stripes in their aura. And create the feeling of an emotional tug-of-war with their child.

THE ENTREPRENEUR

A powerful mix of orange and red in the aura, creates entrepreneurial self-reliance, instinctive behaviour and insight. The red and orange combo fight to extinguish the anxiety and fear combination of pale blue, pale grey and buttercup yellow. The chaotic feelings that arise, will give way to clear thinking.

THE MEDIC

All hell may be breaking loose in a medic’s private life, but the aura colour combination of claret red, apple green and salmon pink makes a true vocation secure. Creating at work, a steadfast and caring medic. Hurriedness and impatience are momentary patterns that don’t linger in the aura.

THE SOLDIER

Auras of experienced combat soldiers are riddled with wavy lines of claret red, pale grey, navy blue, lemon yellow, dark brown and russet brown which encourage the soldier to confront fear, focus on self-discipline and strengthen morale.

THE REFUGEE

Criss cross patterns of white wash, amber, navy blue, orange, carmine red , lemon yellow and apple green are the aura colours that I have witnessed in groups of refugees. The impact of white wash in an aura can plunge a person into the depths of despair. A refugee’s need to fight for survival, generates aura colours of navy blue, orange, carmine red, lemon yellow and amber to combat the impact of the white wash. Apple green nurtures and bonds the family unit.

STRESSED OUT

People always tell me that they feel stressed out. When I look at an Aura I can see that Stress is a symptom not the cause. Nowadays, pockets of bottle green and mustard appear in eight out of ten auras. Creating stress and a sensation of feeling trapped. Thirty years ago I only saw these colours in the auras of shift workers, company managers, small business owners and people who had to work two jobs to make ends meet.

If you are feeling stressed out, it is a wake up call to seek ‘change’ in whatever form will help you to alleviate stress.

People ask what I do to alleviate my stress everyday? I do simple aura cleansing and aura stimulation techniques.

Sometime during each day I spend time in my garden or walk among trees. I stroke and briefly play with the dog. I cuddle the cat. In the evening I might watch a comedy movie or talk with a good friend on Zoom. Because laughter and positive conversation invigorates the human aura.

I never carry a mobile phone on my person. I keep it in my handbag. I rarely answer calls. But I always return messages. When in the kitchen I don’t stand in front of electrical appliances. I catch up with the News media late in the afternoon so that it does not impact on my day. I am mindful that a human being needs to let their aura breathe to free it from the pollution of emotional impacts.
