SPIRIT COMMUNICATION & THE HUMAN AURA
Today, and in centuries past, communication with the spirit realm takes many forms. Shaped by human insights and beliefs. Whether it be blessed angels and saints, deceased loved ones, enlightened E.Ts, wild and domesticated animals, or elemental spirits, all dimensions of spirits, connect through the causal chakra, which is located at the back of person’s head. Communication is displayed in the human aura in a multi-coloured spray of vibrant colours which indicate the vibration of the spirit who is in communication.

FAMILY IN SPIRIT and THE HUMAN AURA
The most common spirit attachment seen in the human aura, is that of a deceased loved one. It may be a mother, or a father, a grand father or a grand mother, a son or a daughter, a brother or a sister, an uncle, aunty or cousin.
Story: When Daisy, a yoga teacher, received the news that her cousin had committed suicide, that night she meditated to make contact with her spirit. Following contact Her cousin’s spirit attached to Daisy’s aura, comforting her mourning. Three weeks later I met Daisy at a healing circle. I asked if she was aware of the deceased relative attached to her aura, who was obviously transmitting support for a mourning family. Daisy shared her story with me.
Story: David crossed my path at a spiritual awareness festival. He had completed his final exams and looked forward to being free of the routines of school. Reading his aura I could see that he found the exams, both challenging and lonely. He told me that several times during exams, he felt a warm glow at the back of his neck, which stopped him from clamming up with fear. Looking, deep into his aura, I saw it was his mother’s touch. David explained how his mother’s trial with cancer was long and painful. And how after her death, he often saw her in his dreams. Looking at me through tearful eyes, he leaned forward and into my arms. Sobbing, until all the tears were gone.
Story: I was awoken in the dark hours of the early morning, by a bright silvery light, shining on my wardrobe door. I prodded my husband to wake up. Alas, he couldn’t see anything and rolled over and went back to sleep. As I lay there looking at the light on the door, shapes appeared. Forming a hand written letter. I rolled over and told my sleepy husband. He jumped out of bed to grab a pen and paper to transcribe the script as I read aloud. At breakfast that morning we read the letter. We were spellbound. Step by step it mapped a new and spiritual path into the spirit realm, nine years of trance channeling Saint Jerome. It led me into the public arena and the scrutinising world of the media. On several occasions, filmed by television. Commercial and Public radio stations with live audiences of several hundred. Filmed and documented by religious programs. At the end of nine years of channelling, I was unexpectedly guided to move onto a new path.
RECOGNISING SPIRIT COMMUNICATION THROUGH YOUR AURA
There are many ways in which the spirit realm can and will communicate with you. They will seek out the easiest method in which to communicate. The Astral layer of the human aura is a conduit of energies which facilitates, spirit realm communication and spiritual enlightenment.
Feelings - you may feel their touch, their breath, their caress or their close proximity.
Voice - you may hear their voice aloud, or hear them in your dreams or day dreams.
Sense - you may smell their presence.
Writing - holding a pen in your hand, you may be guided to write down the spirit message.
Visual - you may see their spirit or see their spirit flash by.
Meditation - you may see or receive messages.
Sleep - hear or capture their thoughts moments before awakening from sleep.
Sound - music, drum beat, bells. something by which you can recognise them
Remote Viewing - your consciousness engaging in their spirit realm.
Out of Body Experience - meeting them in their dimensional realm.
WE ARE NOT ALONE
Communicating with the spirit realm is not a special one-off treat or psychic gift. The human aura provides a tool that is easy to activate and use. The outer Astral layers of the aura, has direct access to ‘consciousness’ of numerous dimensions. You don’t need to meditate or contemplate. When the Spirit Realm is ready to engage, it will attract your attention: it may be a few words among your thoughts as you awake from sleeping. It may be a warm feeling at the back of your head. Or a hand on your shoulder. Or a brush of energy across your cheek. Either way, the Spirit realm will help you to take easy steps towards this new awareness, for comfortable and security, as you learn and progress on a spiritual path. Keep a journal of random thoughts that pop into your mind as well as any touch sensations or feelings. Revisit your journal often as it helps to attune your consciousness.
