SELF-TALK, SELF-THOUGHT and the HUMAN AURA 

In any moment of time, we humans, think and feel our way through the day. What we think and how we feel, creates patterns which may either become fleeting or imbedded.  Each pattern is based purely upon how we choose to process the experience. 

Reactive behaviour may imbed emotive patterns into traumatic or resentful memories. Responsive behaviour seeks to understand and to chart patterns of forgiveness or a positive way forward. We interact at work, and at home and at play by instinctively thinking and feeling our way through each moment.

What self-image do you project?

* Do you feel down trodden and helpless?  

* Do you feel rejected and/or unloved?

* Do you feel lost and bewildered?

* Do you feel uplifted and positive about life?

* Do you feel inspired, hopeful and guided?

Listen and reflect on any negative feelings or words you may use in conversation. Seek to make an effort to positively change negative thoughts and feeling. Project empathetic thoughts and feelings within, and to the world around you.  Your inner and outer focus will deliver rewards.

Self-Talk and Self Thought can either make you or break you.
