MEDITATIVE ENGAGEMENT WITH THE HUMAN AURA
If everyone could see the wonderment of an auric meditative connection, we would each have cause to ponder, why meditation is not commonly taught in schools. Colours within the twin etheric body, flow life a waterfall, cascading over rocks. Drenching the physical aura in multicoloured spirals. Gently caressing, chakras to stimulate self-awakening and healing.
Just fifteen to twenty minutes of conscious meditation each day can quieten nervousness, anxiety and trauma. Helping you to stand back and view your life as an observer, with clarity of thought and feeling. In addition, creating a more wholesome and peaceful self and stimulating the intuitive self. A long term meditation routine creates inner harmony.
MEDITATIVE AURA ENGAGEMENT
When you engage the vitality of your own aura, a meditative state is easy to achieve. It’s a natural process that requires no previous skills or training. There is no need for inhaling and exhaling deep breaths. Instead, meditative aura engagement is based on quietening the breath. This calm, stillness invites auric energy to seep into the physical layer of the aura. Creating a meditative state by activating the crown chakra. The auric energy may deliver insight, visions or a direct communicative connection to deceased relatives, pet animals in spirit, or with your personal spirit guides.
The Quick And Easy Aura Connection
Set up soft instrumental music for the duration of the meditation session.
Sit comfortably.
Uncross your arms and legs.
Turn the palm of your hands upwards.
Close your eyes gently.
Focus on quietening and calming your breath. This will take a few minutes.
In the stillness of your breath the aura will engulf you in a colourful cocoon.
Focus on the crown chakra. As it opens, you will feel a tingling or electrical sensation on top of your head.
The crown chakra will engage your third eye chakra. Colours may fill your mind.
Sit silent in this space for fifteen - twenty minutes.
When the mediation is complete. Drink a full glass of water to revitalise saliva.
MEDITATIVE JOURNAL
Meditation may at times give insight or messages, like pieces in a jig-saw puzzle. Record keeping will aid in piecing together the overall impression or guided message. It is important to record the time and date. If messages are for both now and the future, they may unfold over several months or years.
If you are keeping a Dream Journal, divide a section to record Meditative sessions. Because you may experience insight and guidance coming through either or both streams.
NATURAL AURIC MEDITATION also operates via the peace of mind found in quiet moments when daydreaming, star-gazing, gardening, mountain climbing, hiking and fishing. And is proven to be therapeutic. When a human being walks in amongst mature trees, their aura is brushed and soothed by Mother Nature’s wholistic energy. When you breathe in the perfume of a flower, its colourful energy, heightens your senses. In short, nature provides various levels of natural auric meditation.
