THE COLOUR OF FOOD And The HUMAN AURA
People are often amazed in my lectures and courses, when I describe how the colour of food impacts the human aura. And if eaten seasonally, the positive impact is even greater.
During my childhood, it puzzled me too, so like everything else in the human aura, I sought to figure it out.
Each meal time I observed the auras as they interacted with the food. One of my earliest memories was when my mother prepared a vegetable soup fresh from the garden. As the family ate, I noticed that reflective sparks flickered in everyone’s aura. These images changed when lunch was followed by a fruit platter consisting of banana, black grapes, strawberries and chopped pineapple. It was then, in everyone’s aura, I saw the interaction of cooked food and raw food. I was blown away.
Restaurants, in particular presented a mine field of colour and patterns in the customers auras.
Reflective sparks flickered around hands, throats and digestive systems. Those drinking wine, had patterns at the side of their brow, those drinking soda water did not.
SUSTAINABILITY
In late 1969, I instinctively made the decision to embrace a path of sustainability and self-sufficiency. Still today, it remains my chosen lifetsyle. Herbs, vegetables, fruit, berries and nuts.
To me, growing my own food organically and seasonally, I can ensure colourful, nutritious food for family and friends, twelve months of the year.
My best-selling, self-help book “Companion Gardening - Working with Mother Nature” is available for purchase from Amazon.

FOR WELLBEING - Keep a Record of the Food you Eat
* Each night before you go to bed, jot down in a notebook or diary, the meals, snacks and drinks you consumed that day.
* At the end of each week, evaluate, the colours and the nutritional value of the food.
* If there is a food colour missing from your diet, make a plan of how and where you can include it into your diet.
* At least three times a week, plan to eat a rainbow.
* Fruit, and vegetables and herbs are best eaten seasonally. Personal research will help you to know which season’s produce is available at its best.
