NATURE AND THE HUMAN AURA
When I was young child I thought earthworms to be unique, because they have very few aura colours. A basic mix of pink, brown, yellow and green. Unlike bees with their bright Prussian blue, turquoise, apple green, and pearl auras. Plant auras rarely vary in colour except when young or old, or edible or medicinal.
GRASS TO RECHARGE YOUR AURA BATTERY
As a child of nine or ten years of age, I remember sitting on the grass and interpreting the colours of its windswept aura. Learning to understand its specific role on earth. The aura of the grass revealed that its purpose is to protect the earth’s crust from erosion, by torrential rain and turbulent wind. To shield it from the burning rays of the sun and from chilling frost. Grass provides fodder for grazing animals as well as seed and nectar for birds. For small insects and animals it provides a sheltered-highway. Beneath the grass is a habitat for nature’s soil workers e.g. earthworms.
When you take off your shoes and walk upon the grass bare-footed, the human aura is instantly charged and refocused on creating aura balance. Grass is in touch with all the elements - earth, water, wind and fire (Sun). It is this union of nature’s vitality, that provides we humans with a natural, rich source of aura empowered energy.
WILD ANIMALS AND NATURE AURA ENERGY
Camping or living among wild animals that are moving in and around you, such as flocks of birds in the trees, the atmosphere will be filled with an earthy hue of iridescent green, oyster grey, copper and chocolate brown coloured clouds of energy. It is swept up by the breeze and suspended close to the surface of the ground. If you are fortunate enough to live in a country setting, an earthy, uplifting atmosphere will invite you to ‘connect’. If you live in the suburbs, you can invite creatures to visit your garden. If you live in a city centre, fill your balcony with flowering and edible plants to connect yourself to nature. Early in the morning you could also visit a local park to be a part of the morning bird song and the awakening of nature in the city. Each of these methods play a significant role in bringing ‘peace and balance ’ into your aura.
My story: My awareness of nature’s healing impact on the human aura, encouraged my husband and I, in our early twenties, to exchange suburban convenience for rural living. Family and friends tried to talk us out of the move. But we knew what we wanted. Space, peace, fresh air, homegrown fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices. Most of all we wished to share our life with mother nature. (see Companion Gardening - Working with Mother Nature)
Several years ago my husband Paul, constructed a wildlife corridor around our property boundary to enable wild animals to commute from place to place without being startled by human activity. Generation of native animals have shared our property. They remain wild but have no fear of us. They often stand quite still to observe us. Each morning on our broad front lawn, we are welcomed by a family of kangaroos and a lonely black rock wallaby. We sit relaxed enjoying a cup of coffee, while they graze on grass. Various breeds of colourful birds join us. It is heart warming start to the day.
At times, my husband and I stand perfectly still, close our eye and slowly breathe in the colourful vitatlity of nature’s atmosphere.
THE FOREST AND THE HUMAN AURA
When walking or trekking through a forest with tree tops filled with birds, your aura will embrace the doe-skin brown, copper, dark brown, lemon yellow and mulberry pink energy of nature. To drink up the vibrant energy, stand perfectly still and take five deep breaths, slowly exhaling. It’s a nourishing experience.
FRIENDLY WEEDS AND THE HUMAN AURA
For decades friendly weeds have provided nutrients, flavour and medicine for mankind and animals. Unfortunately, many of them have fallen from favour. All edible and medicinal plants have an aura, comprised of a dominant apple green hue, mixed with earthy doe-skin brown, chocolate brown and amber colours. Some of the friendly weeds are richer in vitamins and minerals than the ’healthy’ food we eat. Think about it……in the daily lives of our ancestors, friendly weeds were their source of flavour, and vitamins and minerals. And of course herbal medicine. Flip back in time to consult with Nicholas Culpepper or Hippocrates, and discover the true value of Friendly Weeds.
