CATS and the HUMAN AURA……

Throughout human evolution cats have played a large part. What did our ancient ancestors know that science today, is slowly uncovering. As a young child I frequently witnessed the effects on a human aura, when a cat walked by or when they stroked the cat. A person, seated with a cat on their lap, displayed colour vibrational movements in the outer physical layer and the etheric layer of their aura. Shades of purple, apricot, blue, pink, yellow and green came into view when a cat mingled with a human being. The colours are significant to human well being because of their ability to stimulate mindfulness, intuitive awareness, emotional stability, and to engage with the physical layers of the human aura, activating self-healing.

A CAT’S AURA displays remarkable psychic and spiritual evolvement. However, their ability to enlighten and heal humans is a strange phenomenon. To engage with a cat’s power, a human must show them love and affection. It’s a two way exchange, offering companionship and a sense of security for both human and cat. Such a powerful exchange!!!

What a cat aura can offer a human aura

  • Balance and harmonise our spiritual growth

  • Learning to find the beauty in each moment

  • Stopping to think and enjoy the moment

  • Stimulate our intuition and heighten our spiritual self

  • Transform negative energy in oneself and in a room

  • Emotional support - often sensing when we are sad

  • Teaching us patience, compassion, caring, bonding and unconditional love

A cat’s aura reflects its own specific energy.

My aura understanding of their unique individuality, encourages me to keep four cats. Here is what they each have to offer:

  • Ginger cat provides the energy of vitality and inner child

  • Grey cat provides the energy of balance and synchronicity of positive opportunities

  • Tabby cat provides the energy of eradicating negativity energy. freeing my spirit

  • Tortoiseshell cat provides the feminine energy of self-healing and spiritual awareness and psychic dimensions.

CATS AND MEDITATION (purple, apricot, pink and blue)

In the human aura, I have repeatedly seen how the process of meditation can be enhanced by petting or cuddling a cat, twenty minutes before you engage in meditation. The cat calms and helps to align your mind and body in readiness for a meditative state.

WELL-BEING: A collection of studies show how the health benefits is more far reaching than once was thought. Interacting with cats, including simply petting them or enjoying their purring, has shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and promote relaxation. Furthermore, the frequency of a cat's purr is associated with bone healing and growth, potentially aiding in recovery from injuries.

Social and Emotional Benefits: (apricot, pink and blue)

Studies have shown that cats can enhance emotional well-being and reduce feelings of sadness and loneliness. Cats can help individuals experiencing loneliness or social isolation. Petting a cat has been linked to lower cortisol (stress hormone) levels in humans, triggering the body's relaxation response. A cats presence can induce a sense of comfort and security, making them valuable partners in managing mental health challenges like anxiety and depression.

Physical Health (green, yellow and blue)

  • Research suggests that the frequency of a cat's purr (20-150 Hz) can stimulate bone healing and growth, potentially aiding in recovery from injuries

  • According to some studies, the vibrations produced by a cat's purr may also act as a form of natural pain relief by stimulating the release of endorphins.
Studies suggest that cat owners may have a lower risk of heart attack and cardiovascular disease. It’s the reduction in stress and improved mood associated with cat ownership that may contribute to better cardiovascular health

  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) have shown that interactions with cats can activate specific areas of the brain associated with positive emotions and stress regulation. A cat's purr can promote mindfulness

Current evidence suggests that cats can play a significant role in promoting both physical and mental well-being, largely thanks to the unique healing properties of their purrs.
