INNER GRIEF AND THE HUMAN AURA
The human aura carries inner grief in the form of shadows of pale grey energy around the wrists. It denotes a ‘victim of circumstance’ which is buried within. It is a quiet grief. Hiding within your inner strength - unspoken and unresolved. Sometimes, it is challenges of love and hope or future plans or health, that’s lost. Holding on to a memory, or a moment in time that has impacted and shaped you. Personal grief carrying a deep inner ache because at no time has it felt safe to let it go.
Perhaps at times, you have sensed an inner whispering voice taunting you to let go and move forward. Or felt a heavy heart that pulses with "what if”. Or a reluctance to trust again, even when the present feels safe.
BE WARY - Unprocessed inner grief lingers in your breath, your body, your emotions, your behaviour and self-belief.
Inner Grief doesn’t surface by accident. Its emotional and mindful link, may be triggered by a thought, a feeling, a place or time.
It may feel like a quiet weight of something unresolved — loss, betrayal, sexual/physical abuse, repetitive criticism, missed opportunity, body image, poor choices, compulsive behaviour, repeated relationship patterns, unfilled love, or a goodbye that never fully closed the door. You may feel numb. And that the grief is so deep it’s unreachable.
INNER GRIEF MOMENTS
The human aura reveals inner grief, deeply woven into the fabric of life that shapes you. It’s about who you became while trying to survive it. Grief isn’t just sadness — it’s a tangle of memory, meaning, and life-force energy which provokes an emotional and physical response.
A wave of sadness takes hold momentarily making you feeling heavy.
Moments of a lack of focus.
A heavy heart.
A day that evolves into nothingness.
Dreams that disturb and taunt.
Locking the world out for a day or more.
Feeling empty.
Mistrust of self decision making.
Sometimes, release begins with allowing what still aches to simply exist without judgment.
Let go of the urge to fix it.
What your heart is holding isn’t broken — it’s simply asking for room to breathe and be healed.
Any type of natural healing that reaches the core of who you are will help you create inner wellness.
