Whatever makes you smile warmly or feel a sense of love or gratitude, positively enhances a soul’s learning. As often as possible, a soul desires for you to be a nice person and to learn from the times when you are not. In the real sense of the word, the soul aims to be a carer of life. It aims to make a difference, in the lives of the few or the many. Creating grace in every way in every day.

Easy steps to take………..?
* In every day and in every way plan to live a life of graceful moments. It does not matter how large or small, just frequently.
* Learn to respond to life and it’s challenges and seek to avoid an emotional reaction as often as possible. Aim to form the habit of ‘response’.
* Choose to bring joy and satisfaction into your life by finding, in small ways, something for which to be grateful.
* Create positivity within negativity - always look on the bright side of life. Even if and when the circumstance is emotionally challenging such as tragedy and loss.
* Seek to interpret and understand all personal lessons in life.
* In small ways, use fear as a catalyst for personal progress.
* Invest in life - become an experiential learner. To enlighten the intuitive creative mind, - cook, garden, sew, knit, build, decorate, paint, sing, dance, write, study and explore. etc.
